Every successful business depends on Brand Loyalty as it is the ultimate goal a company aims at. Brand Loyalty means a consumer’s commitment to a brand. It implies that the customer not only looks for his/her own benefit but is willing to think about the brand’s interest.

Many companies use charity to both do something good while simultaneously enhancing their brand. The prototypical large effort in this arena was by American Express over 20 years ago in its effort to save the Statue of Liberty.

What costs more, a branded or generic product? Obviously, a branded product. Why is that? The answer is because a branded product carries with it a reputation and a personality. Consumers immediately recognize it and the message it represents.
